Doing this gives you some peace of mind and allows you to be better prepared to handle the pressures that you are bound to face the next day.

Create a list of all of the tasks you have for a day. Once you have the list, go through and prioritize each item on the list. If you get behind on the day, you can knock off something that is at the bottom of the list and reschedule it for another day.

It is okay to take a break once in awhile. You may feel overwhelmed or stressed by what you are doing. When this occurs, it is important to take a break and have a few minutes to yourself. This makes getting back to and completing the task much easier in the long run.
